Creative Arts & Athletics

Structured creative and sports sessions that build discipline, team accountability, and personal expression — skills that transfer directly into academic and social settings.

Youth take on progressively larger responsibilities — facilitating group decisions, running peer workshops, and navigating real conflict with a mentor alongside them.

Hands-on skill-building in resume writing, workplace communication, and job shadowing. Participants leave with a concrete plan for their first step after school.

Consistent adult-guided reading, writing, and math sessions after school. Youth build study habits and confidence in a structured, low-ratio setting.
